The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The above listed item(s) has/have been duly approved at the time of delivery and found to his/her entire satisfaction.
2. Risk of damage to or loss of the item(s) shall pass to the Recipient upon delivery and physical possession and henceforth, Recipient shall be fully responsible and liable for any accidents, offences or disputes regarding the items, including but not limited to, illegal use of items, violation notices.
3. GreenRoad shall not be held responsible for any damaged by negligence or accident after purchase, The product has been exposed to humidity, water and direct sunlight.
4. Green Road FzCo LLC warrants that if its installed Moss Products will fade in color and in texture within the time span of 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days after the purchase order, Green Road is going to repair or replace the effected Moss area.
5. Not withstanding these terms and conditions, the Green Road liability for supply and delivery of the items shall be limited to a maximum of the amount paid by the Recipient for the item(s).
6. For an exchange, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, not damaged or tampered in any way, along with the original Delivery Note within three (3) business days following the delivery of the said item(s).
